Condolence: Our family lived next door to Rick and his family for many years. Although we moved out of Bellbrook in 2004, we remember Rick as a nice, friendly and sweet guy. He always had a smile on his face. RIP Rick, your pain is gone.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the O'Grady family. May you find comfort in the beautiful words found at Revelation 21:3 & 4, where God promises us that He will soon eliminate all pain, suffering and death. While we wait for this promise to be fulfilled, may the fond memories of Patrick comfort you and ease your pain.

Condolence: Rick was our Son-In-Law. He Was truly the best husband, father and friend to everyone. He took on the responsibility of being a stepfather to a 2 year old and a 6 year old with such easiness, love, and pride that was inspiring. He always thought of others before himself which was shown when his wife was going through chemo at the same time as he was, but always concerned about her well being, instead of his own. His first priority was his family. He proved that by working more than 2 years full time while going through weekly chemo. Most people would have given up....but not Rick. He showed his love to our daughter in so many little ways, too numerous to count. He spent time with his children by being there, encouraging them, helping them and showing his love to them. We loved him like he was our son and have tried to ease his burdens so he would not worry about his family. Rick never complained, which is amazing in what he endured, always smiling and singing little tunes. He was a great role model for his children and loved them deeply. We know he will compntinue to be with us forever...but we still will miss him. WE LOVE YOU RICK.

Condolence: It was always a pleasure to work with Rick. He was always upbeat and smiling no matter the task. His gift to us all was the strength and courage he displayed. He will not be forgotten. We pray for his family.

Condolence: I am so saddened to hear this news. Rick was always a bright spot in my day at chemo. No matter how he felt, he was always pleasant and cheerful in the treatment room, and he was very patient with me, especially when I was a new nurse 2 years ago. Rick holds a special place in my heart and I am grateful to have known him, and appreciate being able to participate in his care. He is very missed.
