Her passions included gardening, especially flowers, playing euchre, doing puzzles of all sorts, listening to classical and jazz music, rooting for the New York Jets and Ohio State. Cindy also enjoyed entertaining throughout the year with cookouts, cooking the entire Thanksgiving meal for family, her annual New Year's Eve party, the annual family ritual at Halloween of dressing up and distributing candy to the neighborhood children. Her favorite holiday was Christmas. Cindy enjoyed socializing with anyone she met.

Cindy is survived by her son, Brandon Mangold (Emily), her mother, Emogene Mangold, sister Julie Rapp (David), brother Stephen Mangold, sister Jodie Parker, brother Jamie Mangold (Tammy), cousin Cheryl Harrison Kerekes, special nephews Justin and Eli Bascom, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and ex-husband Jered Klingle, who remained one of her best friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, her grandparents Arthur and Idella (Cummings) Mangold and Frank and Clara (Urwin) Harrison.

The family wishes to thank Kettering Hospital, Women's Cancer Center and Hospice of Dayton for their compassionate care for Cindy. Cindy deeply appreciated your service to her and especially the surprise 50th birthday party which brought her to tears.
